What an incredible experience! Located in the middle of nowhere, this secluded hotel exceeded all of our expectations. The setting was breathtaking; surrounded by stunning mountains and crystal-clear lakes, with plenty of opportunities for hiking and horseback riding. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, offering a very high-quality 5-star experience. We particularly loved the inventive cooking, which made excellent use of the local wildlife. The rooms were clean, comfortable and beautifully designed. We also appreciated the well-maintained grounds, which offered ample opportunities for relaxation and reflection.
Be warned, this paradise does come with a price tag to match. It's expensive, even by the high standards of other hotels in the Patagonian region.

This hidden gem is a true paradise for anyone looking for an isolated and unforgettable getaway. the setting is simply stunning, with breathtaking views of a lake and mountains, perfect for hiking and horseback riding. the cozy and comfortable rooms are immaculate, with lovely sitting corners, spacious bedrooms, and clean bathrooms. the staff's dedication to making your stay memorable is commendable, and the inventive chef's delicious meals are beyond expectations. You will feel privileged to discover the fascinating history behind this unique destination retreat.
The all-inclusive price is on the higher side, but it's well-worth it for the exclusive and personalized experience you get.

Spending Xmas in a unique location was the best! Being isolated in the middle of nowhere was an eye-opening experience. The remote location offered a sense of adventure and excitement. The fact that the property is only accessible by a 75km dirt road made it even better. The views of the lake were amazing, and the staff was very attentive and friendly.
The prices were steep. Although it was all-inclusive, the fact that we had to pay for the uniqueness of location was something I disliked.
